Libra 2002 Pte Ltd was founded in 1976. The first heat transfer product represented by Libra was PERFEX-MCQUAY INC., USA in 1976.

Through the acquisition of PERFEX-MCQUAY by MODINE MANUFACTURING INC. OF MILWAUKEE, WISCOUSIN in 1985, Libra had the best of both worlds – learned and tutored from and by both these two of the best heat transfer equipment manufacturers in the world.

Libra continued to utilise the quality standards specified by both PERFEX and MODINE in all her designs and manufacturing processes to ensure quality products being produced.

Today, Libra has grown to become one of the leaders in her field of heat transfer equipment for the electric power systems industry, covering both on shore and off shore applications. Our products are widely used in Cummins, Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, Volvo, Perkins, John Deere, Detroit, MTU and other engines.
